The leadership has a cumulative 35 years of real estate and community association experience. Each employee possesses an average 11 years of industry experience.
Zahed Ali
Founder and President
As President of CIS, Zahed Ali is responsible for all aspects of the IT strategy, project planning, and digital media marketing for CIS.
Zahed brings with him a strong background and experience in technology, marketing, and project management. He started his career as a special projects manager for a life insurance and annuity marketing firm. Later in his career, he served as a project manager for a Silicon Valley IT firm contracted as an Enterprise Level project manager in Spares Management for Facebook. Later he served as a project manager on the Failure Rate Analysis Tracking team for Twitter.
Zahed brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, web development and IT infrastructure which helps CIS continue to be on the forefront of the covenant inspection business. Zahed holds a BA in English with a Minor in Media from George Mason University.
