Architectural Control

Making The Complex Simple.

An architectural control inspection has many facets that make it inherently more complex than a maintenance inspection such as the following.

  • COLOR PALETTE
Structural components required to be certain color(s).
For example, shutters must match the entry door.
  • ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS
Features added that either would have been approved with prior written approval OR would not have been approved.
  • EXISTENCE OR NON-EXISTENCE OF MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
Noting homes that have, for example, decks, fences, etc.
  • TYPE OF MATERIAL(S) ON MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES
Deck is constructed of composite material, for example.

No One Knows Inspections Like We Do

Since 2006, we have conducted HOA architectural and covenant compliance inspections and administration of the entire inspection process, including mailing inspection notices and fielding homeowner responses.

Our process results in greater compliance, consistency and curb appeal.
