MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS focus on those items/components of the home that property owners should periodically be taking care of as a part of basic home ownership.
- Painting, repairing, storing items properly, removing residue from surfaces, installing broken/missing components are all part of the routine and recurring maintenance of a home.
- Almost all Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) state that properties must be maintained in good appearance, order, and repair AND in a manner and with such frequency that constitutes good property management.
